Ingredients
- Semolina 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Kumquat 0 oz
- Mint Leaves ½ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root a pinch
- Agave Syrup 5 fl oz
- Chocolate 53% 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, combine cocoa powder, sugar, agave syrup, and water in a saucepan, place over medium heat, and bring the mixture to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, add the chopped dark chocolate and mint extract, let it sit for a minute, then stir the sauce until smooth. Pour into an airtight jar until use.
Step 2
For the porridge, combine milk, ginger, and chopped white chocolate in another saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, and gradually add the semolina while stirring constantly until thickened. Remove the porridge from heat and divide it into bowls. Sift a little cocoa powder on top, drizzle with chocolate sauce, place dried kumquats on top, and serve.
