Description
Brown sugar is optional, but it gives the porridge a special caramel aroma and a beautiful color. If you want to make the porridge lighter, dilute the milk with water. However, of course, it won't be as tasty. Instead of cream, you can use traditional topping — butter.
Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- 10% cream to taste
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil, add salt and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
While stirring constantly, slowly add the semolina.
Step 3
Cook on low heat for 3 minutes, then remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with cream.
