- Semolina 12 teaspoons
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Butter to taste

Step 1
Pour cold milk and water into a pot, then sprinkle the semolina on top. Let it sit for 10 minutes so the semolina absorbs the liquid and swells, preventing lumps from forming during cooking.
Step 2
Before putting the porridge on the heat, stir it thoroughly, as some semolina may settle at the bottom.
Step 3
Cook the porridge over low heat, stirring constantly after it comes to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes. Then add sugar, salt, and turn off the heat. Add butter.
