Ingredients
- Semolina 5 oz
- Nutella® 2 teaspoons
- Dried cranberries with sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds 1 teaspoon
- Milk 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Gradually add the semolina to the hot milk, stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Remove the porridge from the heat, stir in the Nutella and dried cranberries.
Step 5
Rinse a plate with hot water. Serve the semolina porridge in a warm plate, topped with almond flakes.
