  • Semolina ½ cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bring the milk to a boil and, while stirring constantly, gradually add the semolina. Cook the semolina porridge, then add the butter and mix well.

Step 2

Beat the egg yolks with salt and sugar, then combine with the porridge. Next, gently fold in the whipped egg whites.

Step 3

Fry the pancakes in a skillet with vegetable oil, rolling them in flour beforehand.

Step 4

Serve with sour cream and jam.
