Semolina Cake with Kefir and Butter
Ingredients
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Semolina 2 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz

Step 1
Pour the semolina with kefir and let it sit for 10 minutes to swell slightly.
Step 2
Then add the eggs, butter, sugar, and you can add some fruits (banana, kiwi, apple), vanilla, or cinnamon. Blend everything with a mixer. If adding kiwi or apples, it's better not to blend them, but to add them in pieces directly to the baking dish.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 4
Bake for 30–40 minutes. After taking the cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly.
