Step 1
Pour semolina into boiling milk in a thin stream and cook while stirring for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Add salt and syrup, stir, and mix in the butter.
Step 3
Cool the porridge, place it in a water-moistened mold, and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Step 4
Invert the mold with the porridge onto a flat wide plate.
Step 5
Remove the mold, drizzle the porridge with strawberry jam, and serve.
