Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Champagne Vinegar 10 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Boil the egg hard and let it cool. Finely chop the onion, add it to the oil, and let it sit for 5 minutes. The pepper and egg should also be finely chopped.
Step 2
Whisk the vinegar with salt and oil. Then add the pepper, egg, and brandy. Mix well. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
