Ingredients
- Passata Tomato Sauce to taste
- Pizza Flour 1 piece
- Seafood cocktail 5 oz
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Marjoram 1 tablespoon
- Oregano ½ spoons
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 12 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a diameter of 25 centimeters. Place it on a greased baking sheet and use your fingers to create a small crust around the edges.
Step 2
Spread the tomato sauce over the base almost to the edges. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Spread the seafood cocktail over the dough, sprinkle with capers, pepper, herbs, and cheese. Top with olives. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve immediately, garnished with marjoram or oregano.
