In a hot skillet, mix the butter and flour. Sauté, then add the cream and cook until it reaches a thick sour cream consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil or sauté the shrimp and mussels, mix them with the creamy mixture, place in ramekins, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 390°F for 5–7 minutes.
