- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Squid 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Seafood cocktail to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the squid, add the shrimp (if large, cut them), mussels, spices, minced garlic, and dill. Add lemon juice, cream, and mayonnaise to taste.
Step 2
Place the prepared mixture into cocottes (can be baked in deep seashells) for 2 servings, and top with a mound of grated cheese.
Step 3
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve garnished with a lemon wedge and an olive (capers can be used as an alternative).
