Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet 5 oz
- Salt 1½ g
- Lemon ½ piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Wasabi to taste
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Prepare fresh chilled fish: fillet it and remove all bones with tweezers.
Step 3
Slice 200 grams of fillet into thin pieces.
Step 4
Sprinkle the sliced fillet with 1.5 grams of salt.
Step 5
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Step 6
Mix the juice with olive oil.
Step 7
Add wasabi, grated ginger, and soy sauce to the mixture, and stir well.
Step 8
Pour the prepared sauce over the sliced fillet.
Step 9
Let the fish marinate in the sauce for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Serve the crudo immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
