  • Cherry Tomato Confit 5 oz
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Dijon Mustard 2 spoons
  • White Balsamic Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame bun ½ spoons
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the mozzarella into pieces about 8 mm thick.
