- Chives to taste
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon

Chop the tomato into small pieces.

Add salt and a bit of sweetness. You can use any sugar substitute.

Melt both types of oil in a frying pan.

In a deep bowl, crack the eggs and add salt. Mix well.
