Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Potato 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 1½ tablespoons

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet.
Step 2
Dice the tomato and season with salt.
Step 3
Place it in the skillet.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and season with salt.

Mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk.

After 2 minutes, stir the tomatoes and pour in the egg mixture.

After 1 minute, reduce the heat to medium and stir again.

After 1–2 minutes, add the mayonnaise.

Simmer, stirring, for another 2 minutes.
