Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- "Almette cheese with Maasdam cheese" 0 oz
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Dried Chamomile ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and pour in the whisked eggs.
Step 4
When the edges of the omelet start to set, add the spinach and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5
Then lift one edge of the omelet and fold it over the other half.
Step 6
Cover with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
