Scrambled eggs with spinach
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1½ spoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk until smooth, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and sauté the spinach for a couple of minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.
Step 3
When the spinach leaves have wilted completely, pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring, for another minute or two, just until the mixture is barely set. Remove it from the heat, stir in grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes, and serve.
