- Meyer Lemon Juice ¾ teaspoon
- Ground Caraway ¼ teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix ¼ teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Scallions 1 stalk
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 0 oz

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and chopped caraway leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped green onion and sauté for 1 minute. Then pour in the eggs and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Divide onto 2 plates. Top with thinly sliced fish and drizzle with lemon cream.
