
Scrambled Eggs with Sausages and Tomatoes

Recipe for two people. Cook ON HIGH HEAT FROM START TO FINISH!
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Sausages 2 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese 3 pieces
- Paprika to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and place it in a preheated skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil (preferably corn oil), sauté for a few seconds until the onion becomes translucent (until it releases its aroma).
Step 2
Add diced sausages to the skillet with the onion, sprinkle everything with curry, and fry until the sausages are covered with a golden crust.
Step 3
Next, add the finely chopped tomato to the sausages and onion, sprinkle everything with granulated garlic, and stir-fry until the tomatoes are no longer firm.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir everything until well combined. Wait for a minute. Flip (it’s unlikely that you will be able to flip the entire omelet at once. That’s okay, flip it in parts).
Step 5
Place slices of processed cheese on top of the scrambled eggs, turn off the heat, sprinkle with paprika, and wait for the cheese to melt.
Step 6
Serve with mayonnaise and two toast slices with butter.
