Scrambled Eggs with Pickled Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Leek 0 oz
- Turkey 0 oz
- Butter 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Dill 4 sprigs
- Tarragon 1 sprig
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the leek into small pieces.
Step 2
Do the same with the turkey ham.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into small cubes and add salt.
Step 4
Add the chopped ingredients to the heated butter in the pan and season with pepper.
Step 5
After a couple of minutes, stir and reduce the heat to medium. Crack in the eggs.
Step 6
Spread the yolks with a spatula and add salt.
Step 7
Cover with a lid.
Step 8
Once the egg whites are fully set, remove from heat.
Step 9
Chop the mushrooms coarsely.
Step 10
Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Step 11
Top with the mushrooms.
Step 12
Garnish with a sprig of tarragon and serve.
