Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Morels 3 pieces
  • Potato ½ piece
  • Garlic 2 heads
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chorizo 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Ketchup 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the mushrooms, tomato, sausage, parsley, and garlic.

Step 2

Sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Add the sausage and fry for another 3–5 minutes.

Step 4

Next, add the tomato to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Mix the eggs with finely grated cheese.

Step 6

Add 3 tablespoons of ketchup to the sauté and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Step 7

Then pour in the eggs mixed with cheese.

Step 8

Sprinkle with parsley and garlic on top.

Step 9

Cover with a lid and cook until done.
