  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • 3.2% Milk 0 fl oz
  • Cherries in Liqueur 0 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the cheese and sausage into thin strips.

Step 3

In a glass, crack two eggs and add the milk, mix well, then pour this mixture into a deep frying pan.

Step 4

After about 2 minutes, distribute the sausage, cheese, and mushrooms evenly over the surface. Pour a little cherry wine on top and let it sit for five minutes. Do all this over medium heat.
