Scrambled Eggs with Grapes and Bacon
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Bacon 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes 10 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the skillet and add oil (I usually use olive oil — it tastes better).
Step 2
Slice the bell pepper into strips and add it to the skillet. Then chop the bacon and add it as well.
Step 3
Cut the grapes in half and add them when the bell pepper is ready.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic and add it 1 minute before the eggs.
Step 5
Carefully crack 3 eggs, making sure not to break the yolks.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper, and cover with a lid so the yolks can cook.
Step 7
(Add garlic if desired!!!)
Step 8
Before serving, you can add a bit of fresh herbs.
