Instead of salty cottage cheese, you can use soft cheese.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Cottage cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes. Heat butter in a skillet.
Step 2
Sauté the tomatoes until they are shriveled. Add the eggs. If you prefer sunny-side up, do not stir; if you want them scrambled, then stir with a spatula.
Step 3
One minute before cooking is complete (the eggs should not set too firmly), add salted quark to taste.
