- Cream 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Canned Truffles 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with salt using a whisk, then add coarsely grated truffle to infuse the eggs with truffle flavor (reserve a little for garnish). You can prepare this in the morning and store it in the refrigerator until serving.

Mix the eggs with cream and milk, then pour the mixture into a preheated skillet greased with olive oil.
