Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Bacon 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Sumac to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a glass and add salt.
Step 2
Add mayonnaise, pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Finely chop the bacon.
Step 4
Place the bacon in a preheated skillet.
Step 5
Fry, stirring, for 3–4 minutes over high heat.
Step 6
Finely chop the tomato.
Step 7
Add the tomato to the skillet. Season with salt and fry over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 8
Add sumac to taste. Lower the heat slightly.
Step 9
Pour in the eggs, stir, and cook for 5–6 minutes over medium heat.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, garnish with basil, and serve.
