Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- 10% cream ¼ glasses
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream for about 1 minute until smooth. Season the mixture with salt and whisk lightly again.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, making sure it completely coats the bottom of the pan. Once the butter starts to foam, pour the mixture into the skillet.
Step 3
Reduce the heat slightly. When the mixture begins to set, stir it toward the center with a wooden spoon for about 1-2 minutes until ready.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and green onion 'feathers'.
