Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Cream (40%) 2 tablespoons
- Milk to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Leek 1 head
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, milk, and cream, and add salt.
Step 2
Place a large skillet over low heat. Wait for it to heat up. Add the butter and wait until it starts to foam, then pour in the eggs and gently move them around the bottom and edges of the skillet. Continue to move them for 2–3 minutes until the eggs are tender and creamy.
Step 3
Immediately remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the scrambled eggs onto a plate. Sprinkle with chopped leek and black pepper, and serve immediately.
