  • Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 5 teaspoons
  • Coriander essential oil 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion tops 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Scallops 4 pieces
  • Oranges 1 piece

Step 1

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips lengthwise.

Juice the orange and mix the juice with the coriander seeds in a small saucepan.
