Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Scallops 15 oz
- 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the scallop muscle into crosswise circles, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with 3% vinegar, and let it sit in a cool place for 1 hour.
Step 2
After that, air dry and coat in flour.
Step 3
Sauté in butter in a saucepan.
Step 4
Pour in the sour cream, reduce to low heat, and stew until tender, covering the pot with a lid.
Step 5
Serve with boiled potatoes, boiled cauliflower, or warmed green canned peas as a side dish.
