Savory Pie with Cheese and Salmon
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add softened butter and quickly knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Place it in a round baking dish, forming edges, and trim the edges. Prick the dough multiple times with a fork.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 4
Spread the cream cheese evenly in the cooled tart shell.
Step 5
Slice the salmon and place it on top of the cheese, completely covering it.
Step 6
Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Chop the herbs.
Step 7
Garnish the pie with cucumber slices and sprinkle with herbs.
