Ingredients
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Truffle Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the oats, stir for about 30 seconds, and then pour in water. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
A couple of minutes before cooking is finished, pour in the cream and stir.
Step 3
Add salt, Parmesan cheese, and truffle oil, mix well again, and serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan and pepper.
