  • Cottage cheese 30 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
  • Buttermilk 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whisk the eggs with sugar. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.

Step 2

Puree the cottage cheese in a blender or with a mixer.

Step 3

Add buttermilk to the cottage cheese and mix very thoroughly.

Step 4

Then add the eggs to the mixture and mix again.

Step 5

Finely chop the herbs and combine them with the resulting mixture.

Step 6

Sift in the flour and mix everything once more.

Step 7

Prepare the topping. For this, combine the minced garlic with sour cream and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Step 8

Grease a baking dish with butter, spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly, and smooth it out.

Step 9

Pour the garlic sour cream on top and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 10

Bake at 430°F for 30–35 minutes.

Step 11

It is advisable to let it cool for about 20 minutes before serving — this will make it easier to cut and remove from the dish.
