Ingredients

  • Bun 6 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 6 pieces
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Pickles 1 piece
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut off the top and remove the soft part. If the buns are larger, you can take 3 pieces and cut them in half.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber and ham into strips. Then mix with mayonnaise and mustard.

Step 3

Brush the cavities of the buns with milk (half a tablespoon each) and spread with butter. Fill with the mixture, sprinkle with herbs, and crack an egg into each bun.

Step 4

Sprinkle the yolks with ground black pepper.

Step 5

Bake the buns at 390°F until the egg whites are set. The buns will be slightly crispy.
