Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Spanish onions ½ head
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the seeds and white membranes from the peppers. Then cut them into thin strips, and cut each strip in half crosswise.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the peppers and finely chopped red onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until soft, about 10 minutes.
