Ingredients
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Sesame Oil ¼ spoons
- Ocean salt ½ spoons
- Mango 10 oz
- Sugar ¼ spoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop one clove of garlic and leave two whole. Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add the peas, season with salt, and stir-fry for two minutes.
Step 2
Add all the garlic and sauté for another minute, then sprinkle in the sugar and cook for about ten more seconds.
Step 3
Pour in the broth and keep the wok over low heat for about two minutes, until the peas become tender.
Step 4
Remove the wok from the heat, season the peas with sesame oil, and serve.
