  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet Potato 15 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Sausages 4 pieces
  • Armenian Lavash 4 pieces
  • Hummus 5 oz
  • Tabouli 5 oz
  • Sweet Chili Sauce to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill. In a bowl, pour in the olive oil, add salt, and add the sweet potato sliced into thin rounds and the zucchini cut into quarters. Gently mix and spread in an even layer on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until tender. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2

Grill the sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning once until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and cool for 5 minutes, then cut in half lengthwise.

Step 3

Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus and 3 tablespoons of tabbouleh on each thin lavash. Top with sweet potato, zucchini, and sausage halves, drizzle with chili sauce, and roll up.
