- Olives stuffed with lemon 15 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cilantro 3 bunches
- Olive Oil 15 fl oz
- Wasabi to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sardines 20 oz
- Canned Grape Leaves 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients for the pesto in a blender: green olives, garlic, cilantro, 400 ml of olive oil, wasabi powder, salt, and pepper — but do not blend for too long.
Step 2
Tightly wrap each sardine in a grape leaf, carefully leaving the tail exposed.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, brush the grape leaves with olive oil, and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve with the green olive pesto.
