  • Sprats 10 oz
  • White bread 4 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cucumbers 5 oz
  • Dill to taste
  • Pasilla Pepper to taste
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the cream mousse. Peel and finely grate the garlic.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic, whisking until smooth. The mousse is ready.

Step 3

Pour water into a saucepan and place it over high heat.

Step 4

Add a pinch of salt and place the eggs in the boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from heat and transfer the eggs to cold water. The yolk should remain runny.

Step 6

Heat a skillet and fry the bread in butter until golden brown.

Step 7

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.

Step 8

Spread the mousse on the bread and top with cucumbers.

Step 9

Cut the eggs in half and place them on the cucumbers.

Step 10

Arrange the sprats around the eggs.

Step 11

Garnish with pink pepper and dill sprigs and serve.
