Salmon with Honey

Ingredients
- Salmon 1 piece
- Lemon 3 pieces
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Salt 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish (do not cut off the head and tail), gut it, and rub it with salt and honey inside and out.
Step 2
Slice the lemons into rounds, gently squeeze them, and cover the fish inside and out with the mixture of juice, pulp (and peel).
Step 3
Wrap the salmon in foil and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Remove the lemons before serving.
