- Salmon 15 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Swiss chard leaves 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Baby Corn 8 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Kiwi 4 pieces
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shape the cream cheese into small patties.
Step 2
Wrap in salmon.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Dice the kiwi into small cubes.
Step 4
Add oil, salt, sugar, garlic, and dill.
Step 5
Pour in water.
Step 6
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Strain through a sieve. The sauce is ready.
Step 8
Place the cooked patties on the sauce.
Step 9
Garnish with baby corn and a mix of Swiss chard and spinach.
Step 10
