- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz

- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Cucumbers 0 oz
- Ciabatta 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, chop it, and place it in a blender. Add lime juice, 2 grams of sea salt, chili pepper, 15 grams of olive oil, and blend.
Step 2
Add finely chopped tomato to the mixture. The consistency should be similar to guacamole.
Step 3
Dice the salmon into small cubes, add the peeled cucumber, diced cucumber, shallot onion, soy sauce, lemon juice, 15 grams of olive oil, and 1 gram of sea salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Meanwhile, toast two pieces of ciabatta in the oven until golden brown.
Step 5
On a plate, spread the guacamole, place the marinated salmon mixture in the center, arrange the two pieces of ciabatta around the edge, and garnish with dried olives, finely chopped with a knife.
