
Salmon, Shrimp, and Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves 10 oz
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 3 pieces
- White Sauce 15 fl oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cook the fish in a steamer or lightly poach it in a small amount of water. Cool and break into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the spinach in a colander and pour hot water from a kettle over it, then rinse under cold water. Slightly squeeze out excess water and transfer to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Dip the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain.
Step 5
In a greased rectangular dish (25x15 cm), place a lasagna sheet at the bottom, pour a third of the sauce on top and spread it evenly. Layer half of the spinach, half of the salmon, and half of the shrimp on top. Cover with another lasagna sheet. Pour another third of the sauce and layer the remaining spinach, fish, and shrimp. Cover with a lasagna sheet and pour the remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top.
