Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 30 oz
- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the soy sauce well with honey, and add finely chopped chili pepper.
Step 2
Cut the fish fillet into medium pieces and pour the sauce over the fish.
Step 3
Marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Skewer alternately with pieces of sweet pepper and grill until cooked.
Step 5
Garnish with olives and herbs when serving.
