Description
You can alternate the lavash, for example, spread mayonnaise on one and sprinkle with cheese, then on top spread mayonnaise on the second lavash, add herbs, cucumber, and fish.

- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Melted Cheese 10 oz
- Herbs 3 bunches
- Courgette 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste

Lay out 2 lavash.
Step 2
Spread mayonnaise on the top lavash, then add grated cheese, followed by a layer of herbs, cucumber, and salmon. You can add salt to taste.
Step 3
Roll it up and let it sit for a couple of hours to soak.
