  • Armenian Lavash 1 piece
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Green Butter ½ bunch

Step 1

Spread cream cheese generously on the lavash (preferably Philadelphia; if unavailable, Milcana or Almette cream cheese will work just fine).

Step 2

Place the lettuce leaves and sliced salmon on top.

Step 3

Roll it up. Cut into pieces.
