Salmon, Ricotta, and Herb Rolls
Ingredients
- Canned Saira 15 oz
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Fajitas sauce 4 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin ¼ teaspoon
- Tortillas 8 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the fish and remove the bones and skin. Transfer the fillet to a bowl.
Step 2
Add ricotta, salsa, parsley, and cilantro to the fish. Mix well and add cumin. Mix again.
Step 3
Spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
Step 4
Roll each tortilla tightly into a roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Step 5
Cut into small pieces and arrange on a plate, garnishing with herbs.
