Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 6 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Pickled capers 2 teaspoons
- Chives 12 stalks
- Shallot 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the shallot.
Step 2
Blanch the chives for 30 seconds and cool them.
Step 3
Cut each slice of salmon in half.
Step 4
Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, capers, and shallot, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture on the slices of fish, fold them into puffs or roll them into rolls.
Step 6
Tie each puff with a chive.
Step 7
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
