Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 10 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Creamy Horseradish 1½ tablespoons
- Borodinsky Bread 8 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Dill 4 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into random pieces, place in a blender bowl, add cream and horseradish. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Toast the bread slices on both sides in a grill pan until dark stripes appear.
Step 3
Serve the mousse on the bread, garnished with thin slices of cucumber and sprigs of dill.
