Salmon Ceviche on Tostadas
Ingredients
- Salmon 20 oz
- Tortillas 8 pieces
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Cilantro 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the tostadas, fry the tortillas in oil in a pan and blot excess oil with a paper towel.
Step 2
Marinate the raw salmon, skin removed and cut into cubes, in a mixture of orange juice and lime juice for 2–3 hours.
Step 3
Add the deseeded, finely chopped chili, thinly sliced onion, orange pieces, and finely chopped fresh cilantro to the prepared fish, mixing thoroughly. Serve on tostadas.
